Due to the nature of these keepsakes, I cannot accept any returns or refunds for any items that have been completed and sent back to you, the customer.
If you wish to cancel your order before you have sent your items to us at Rebecca Grace Keepsakes, you are free to do so, but please beaware that 50% of your payment is a deposit and therefore, you will only recieve a 50% refund of your order.
If work has already begun on creating your keepsakes then we can arrange an outcome, depending on how far along the process it is. This could be to continue creating your keepsake, or to stop work immediately and send you back the pieces of fabric, in this instance you will still able able to recieve a refund of 50% of your order.
