Wedding dress keepsake bear
These wedding dress keepsake bears are a beautiful way to display your beautiful wedding dress.
They are made with care and attention and are finished with plastic safety eyes, a felt nose and hand embroidered mouth. Embroidery on both feet and a skirt is included.
The dress doesn’t need to be cleaned before sending as I can work around any marks
ATTENTION: These are a keepsake item only and NOT A TOY. They are not suitable for children under 14
Once you’ve purchased your bear, you will receive an email with packing and delivery instructions for the clothes you are sending.
All left over material will be returned
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Due to the nature of these keepsakes, I cannot accept any returns or refunds for any items I have made. If you wish to cancel your order before you have delivered your items to me, I will then refund you the full amount of your order. If you decide to cancel your order after the delivery of your clothing items, it will depend on how far along into the process your order has proceeded. If no work has commenced a full refund will be possible
SHIPPING INFO
All keepsakes are posted using Royal Mail Tracked 48 and postage costs to send your items to us must be covered be you.
We recommend using a tracked service to ensure safe arrival. Please ensure you include a note with your details so I know who has sent the parcel, with any other information/requirements for your keepsake.
If you are local, you are more than welcome to arrange drop off of your items and collection of your finished keepsake. You can use the booking section on our website
PERSONALISTION
All personalisation will be written exactly as it comes through on the order (with exception of special character) so please double check.
If you realise you have made an error after you have made your order, please get in touch ASAP so we can amend this on your order. It is not possible to fix these after they have been completed
As we take orders from Europe and the USA, I will not question any date orientation, so please make sure you enter this as you would like it to be on your keep
