Keepsake bunny
These baby and memorial keepsake bunnies are a beautiful way to treasure clothes of a loved one, whether they are your babies first clothes, or a loved ones favourite top.
They are made with care and attention and are finished with plastic safety eyes, a felt nose and hand embroidered mouth.
ATTENTION: These are a keepsake item only and NOT A TOY. They are not suitable for children under 14
Once you’ve purchased your bear, you will receive an email with packing and delivery instructions for the clothes you are sending.
Clothing amounts needed:
Baby - 8-10 minimum
(At least one 3-6 month babygrow needed for the largest template, and more clothes will be needed if you have more newborn/premie clothing. If you only have newborn/premie clothing then have a look at our mini memory bear option)
Adult - 1-2 minimum
But you can send more!
I cannot use knitted items or thick materials such as leather - please feel free to message to discuss any items if you are unsure.
Any full pieces of unused clothes will be returned back to you, along with any large scrap pieces.
SHIPPING INFO
All keepsakes are posted using Royal Mail Tracked 48 and postage costs to send your items to us must be covered be you.
We recommend using a tracked service to ensure safe arrival. Please ensure you include a note with your details so I know who has sent the parcel, with any other information/requirements for your keepsake.
If you are local, you are more than welcome to arrange drop off of your items and collection of your finished keepsake. You can use the booking section on our website
RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
Due to the nature of these keepsakes, I cannot accept any returns or refunds for any items I have made. If you wish to cancel your order before you have delivered your items to me, I will then refund you the full amount of your order. If you decide to cancel your order after the delivery of your clothing items, it will depend on how far along into the process your order has proceeded. If no work has commenced a full refund will be possible
PERSONALISATION
All personalisation will be written exactly as it comes through on the order (with exception of special character) so please double check.
If you realise you have made an error after you have made your order, please get in touch ASAP so we can amend this on your order. It is not possible to fix these after they have been completed
As we take orders from Europe and the USA, I will not question any date orientation, so please make sure you enter this as you would like it to be on your keepsakes.
