Hanging hearts
Keepsake hanging hearts are a beautiful way to treasure clothes of a loved one, whether they are you baby's or a loved one's favourite top. Perfect to order on their own, or as an addition to your order using the left over material used to make a bear, or blanket etc. to give as gifts or keep for yourself.
They can be made plain or as a patchwork and they can be personalised with embroidery on one or both sides.
You only need 1 item to make these no mater if they are baby or adult clothing. They measure approximately 12 x 14 cms and have a ribbon that is approximately 10 cm’s.
You can add 1 or 2 of these to your other keepsake other without having to send anymore clothe, as these can be made from the off cuts. If you would like to order more than 2 with a baby keepsake order, you will need to send at least 1 extra item.
ATTENTION: These are keepsake items and NOT A TOY. Not suitable for children under the age of 14.
RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
Due to the nature of these keepsakes, I cannot accept any returns or refunds for any items I have made. If you wish to cancel your order before you have delivered your items to me, I will then refund you the full amount of your order. If you decide to cancel your order after the delivery of your clothing items, it will depend on how far along into the process your order has proceeded. If no work has commenced a full refund will be possible
SHIPPING INFO
All keepsakes are posted using Royal Mail Tracked 48 and postage costs to send your items to us must be covered be you.
We recommend using a tracked service to ensure safe arrival. Please ensure you include a note with your details so I know who has sent the parcel, with any other information/requirements for your keepsake.
If you are local, you are more than welcome to arrange drop off of your items and collection of your finished keepsake. You can use the booking section on our website
PERSONALISATION
All personalisation will be written exactly as it comes through on the order (with exception of special character) so please double check.
If you realise you have made an error after you have made your order, please get in touch ASAP so we can amend this on your order. It is not possible to fix these after they have been completed
As we take orders from Europe and the USA, I will not question any date orientation, so please make sure you enter this as you would like it to be on your keepsakes.
