Keepsake Christmas stocking
A gorgeous way to remember your child’s first Christmas, with a keepsake christmas stocking they can use for all their christmases to come.
These stockings measure approximately 40 x 25 cm and require 3 - 4 items of clothing (if these are new born size then send 1 or 2 extra) you can send more if you have more to include, but I would suggest 10 maximum. They are also lined with a festive fabric.
The design will vary depending on the designs on the clothes you send.
NOTE: This is a keepsake item and NOT a toy. Not suitable for children under 14.
SHIPPING INFO
All keepsakes are posted using Royal Mail Tracked 48 and postage costs to send your items to us must be covered be you.
We recommend using a tracked service to ensure safe arrival. Please ensure you include a note with your details so I know who has sent the parcel, with any other information/requirements for your keepsake.
If you are local, you are more than welcome to arrange drop off of your items and collection of your finished keepsake. You can use the booking section on our website
RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
Due to the nature of these keepsakes, I cannot accept any returns or refunds for any items I have made. If you wish to cancel your order before you have delivered your items to me, I will then refund you the full amount of your order. If you decide to cancel your order after the delivery of your clothing items, it will depend on how far along into the process your order has proceeded. If no work has commenced a full refund will be possible
PERSONALISATION
All personalisation will be written exactly as it comes through on the order (with exception of special character) so please double check.
If you realise you have made an error after you have made your order, please get in touch ASAP so we can amend this on your order. It is not possible to fix these after they have been completed
As we take orders from Europe and the USA, I will not question any date orientation, so please make sure you enter this as you would like it to be on your keepsakes.
