Birth-weight keepsakes
Embroidery to the feet is included. If you don’t want the birth weight embroidered, make sure to add a note a checkout with the baby’s weight.
They are made with care and attention and are finished with plastic safety eyes, a felt nose and ribbon around the neck.
ATTENTION: These are a keepsake item only and NOT A TOY. They are not suitable for children under 14
HANDLE WITH CARE: weighted keepsakes need to be handled gently and with both hands to avoid straining the seams and bursting your teddy!
Once you’ve purchased your keepsake, you will receive an email with packing and delivery instructions for the clothes you are sending.
All of these require a minimum of 8 - 10 babygrows to make. You can send up to 15 items, however at least 2 of these need to be size 6 - 9 months to fit the larger template pieces.
I cannot use very thin materials such as swaddles, or thick materials such as knitted items or leather - please feel free to message to discuss any items if you are unsure.
Any large pieces of scrap material and any unused clothes will be returned back to you, unless requested otherwise.
PERSONALISATION
All personalisation will be written exactly as it comes through on the order (with exception of special character) so please double check.
SHIPPING INFO
All keepsakes are posted using Royal Mail Tracked 48 and postage costs to send your items to us must be covered be you.
We recommend using a tracked service to ensure safe arrival. Please ensure you include a note with your details so I know who has sent the parcel, with any other information/requirements for your keepsake.
If you are local, you are more than welcome to arrange drop off of your items and collection of your finished keepsake. You can use the booking section on our website
RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
Due to the nature of these keepsakes, I cannot accept any returns or refunds for any items I have
made. If you wish to cancel your order before you have delivered your items to me, I will then refund
you the full amount of your order. If you decide to cancel your order after the delivery of your clothing
items, it will depend on how far along into the process your order has proceeded. If no work has
commenced a full refund will be possible
